Calm Cards
Calm Cards have been developed by Dr Louisa Reynolds, Educational and Child Psychologist and Founder of Seedling Psychology.
They are a set of psychologically informed strategy cards that provide clear, practical strategies to help children and young people manage anxiety, regulate emotions and build confidence — either independently or with the support of a trusted adult.
Calm Cards draw on established psychological approaches, including:
